I had ordered an item and received an email after ordering that the item was sold out. With that being said they proceeded to tell me I could choose another item and they would take care of it. The item I chose in place of the one I couldn’t get because it was sold out was a little more expensive. They covered the cost and made a small inconvenience have such an easy and pleasant fix. “Ordered 5 shirts from there about 6 weeks ago. After they arrived, which took awhile, all the shirts were different sizes even though they all were xl. Some shirts fit, some did not. So I contacted them and they made me measure each one with a tape measure and send in the pics. After I did everything they said, they offered 10% of my cost back. What?! Are you kidding me?! They don’t fit, I can not wear them. Not to mention, their fabric is different and nothing has tags, so your not even sure what it’s made of and how to wash it. Never, ever have I work with a company like this. Awful!”
