He has since worked on over 150 projects, often portraying supporting roles in films such as “Purana Haveli” (1989), “Gola Barood” (1989), “Khooni Panja” (1991), “Jodi No. 1” (2001), and “Kyon Ki” (2005). In recent years, he has appeared in films like “Rascals” (2011), “Himmatwala” (2013), and “Andhadhun” (2018).

In addition to his film work, Anil Dhawan has also been active in television. He made his television debut in 1986 with the TV film “Sone Ka Pinjra” and went on to appear in popular shows such as “KKusum” (2003) and “Tum Bin Jaaoon Kahan” (2003).
